Dr. Nitin Bhore, with 30 years national level experience in agriculture and horticulture. PhD from Pune University in Botany. Doctoral Thesis: "Physiological Studies of Organically Grown Vegetable Crops and Improvement in Their Yield and Quality". Specialized in Technical Consulting, Project Planning & implementation, Agriculture Business Management, Marketing & Business Development.

In this tenure he has organized many awarness programmes:
1) Health and Hygiene
2) Promoting agriculture as an industry through process technology and research in improving the productivity and quality of crops.
3) He introduces and recommends the creating of a micro climate, adopting 3 tier cropping systems, cultivating high paying cash crops and crops in demand.
