Since 1987

Looking at the present needs in the field of agriculture and horticulture both at the rural and urban India the following activities can be taken under the banner of CSR.

Improving the skills, technical knowledge, proven technology conducting awareness program, seminars and workshop at a particular place and at different identified locations.
Beneficial to each and everybody; - rich and the poor, skilled and unskilled, qualified and unqualified from Mumbai, Lonavala, Mulshi, Talegaon, Kamshet etc. involved in development and maintenance and management of:
a) Landscape & Agro Tourism Project. - Selection of medicinal & health beneficial plants for todays stressful life.
b) Farm House Projects - It creates a big source of employment for the rural communities/families. Programme to improve their skills and knowledge to fulfill the expectations of the plantations and maintainace.
c) Terrace and Balcony Gardens and Urban Farm - a new concept of farming which can feed the Urban Citizens consuming organic food cultivated by themselves. A knowledge and a skills development programme must be conducted,
d) Seedling Nursery, seeds. - To provide the right varieties for Rural & Urban India.
e) Food primary processing. - Solar & Sun drying, dehydration, bottling & canning.
f) Training program through seminars, workshop etc.- Create a serious awareness

1. Improve crop productivity, quality, color, nutrient value and shelf life. Apart this will help improve the economical conditions and livelihood of the rural and urban will improve.
Skills development will help every individuals understand the importance and will help them in the installation, implementation and handling atomization and mechanizations to carry out different activities/ inputs efficiently and smartly in agriculture business/industry.
One can organize training program through seminars, workshop and educate individuals to generate employment & Agro based Projects.

2. Will improve health by consuming chemical residue free farm produce and processed products.
The company can procure and produce different crops under their supervision and guidance and then grade it, pack it, brand it and sell it to the premium class, premium societies, gymnasium, hospitals in different packing.

3. Help in to prevent different diseases due to polluted water, air and noise and by consuming junk food.
The company can process and prepare few by products by primary processing, dehydration of the produce on contract basis and on behalf of few retailers and suppliers.

4. The company can prepare, propagate the best seeds, seedlings and grafts under advance techniques which are in great needs as per the season and location.
The company can sell these products and can --- Create a source of income.

THE EXPECTATIONS

• The expected performance and results are seen by planning projects and maintaining them by contributing knowledge and experience at the field level, the concern must put in their efforts at the farm and provide solution on spot.
• There is an erg to create a drastic change, by preparing a concrete program in regards to crop selection, right variety, which should be location specific resistant and market acceptable.
• Must implement know how on proven technology for crops at the right stage.
• Must guide the farmers, group and the community and if possible organize marketing and selling of the produce and food products for value additions.
• Interest lost or no interest left in this farming activity due to unfavorable conditions, white color job market factor, unavailability of labor and technically sound resource, must create awareness repeatedly to drive the industry.

It's a long way journey for me, performing programmes for Institues, MNC's, Corporates, NGO's, Private Companies & forGovernment Organisations.

   a) Topic Modern Agriculture, Organic Farming" - For the Adhivasis & Tribal Communities.
   b) Topic "New Agro techniques for Agriculture Development" The program was for Income generation activities based on agriculture extension and irrigation. The program was followed by field visits and interactions with the farmers to share their experience and solutions to it.
   c) Providing training to the trainers and the trainers train the farmers on several aspects leading to Crop Selection Crop Production and Increase profitability

Apart, I worked as a General Manager for Agriculture projects with Reliance industries, Executed projects, Worked as a Expert Advisor and Consultant since 1987 for 30 years.
