Dr Bhore has 30 years of experience in this field. He operates as a consultant and expert adviser. He has executed 100 + agriculture/ plantation projects at the national level. He is highly qualified which enables him promotion of the project through effective co-ordination with several agencies and professionals.

A master plan/program is prepared for the entire project under the guidance of Dr Bhore. Several heads are allotted; phases are planned as per the priorities.

The work of land development is carried out with a group of professionals and experienced and capable agencies.

Emphasis is given towards atomization and mechanization to improve the performance of farm activities efficiently. This is carried out looking at the benefits and on the loop holes experienced by the industry as on today.

Proper and careful land development is very important; plot size and shape are designed as per the landscape and as per the topography and soil conditions. This also helps the installation and maintenance of important inputs like the irrigation system, facilitate easy access to the labor, staff to the entire farm through internal small and large roads to distribute the manures and fertilizers and machineries. It will ease the removal of harvest from the plots to market the produce.

Plots are allotted as per the plan for:

1. Cattle shed for a dairy project
2. Compost shed for preparation of good quality compost required for the farm crops
3. Store and machinery shed
4. Labor quarters and an office
5. Areas allotted for commercial cultivations of Fruits, Flowers, Indian and Exotic Vegetables, Spices and Herbs etc. either in open or under protected cultivation or Poly house and Shade net.
6. Area for organic farming to produce certified pest residue free produce
7. Water reservoir, creating bore well and open wells, provisions for rain water harvesting etc.
8. Terracing and preparations of bunds, and pitching in respected areas
9. Pack house, primary processing unit, cold store and a shed to store the produce
10. Forestry, seedling nursery
