In a true sense Dr. Bhore puts in his knowledge and experience in creating opportunities to the retiring JCO's and NCO's on a Post Retiring Management Course


To bring about a positive change in the current situation of agriculture in India and put India at its rightful position we undertake training and education programs for B.Sc. M.Sc. PhD. MBA, Food science and Technology, Pharmacy and Agribusiness students from various colleges and institutions and universities. Till now 19620 students have been benefited.

The training programs are structured to architect agribusiness professionals to fulfill the demand for the national and global agribusiness, to keep space with the changing needs of agribusiness world.
The training programs are conducted at grass root level which helps the students recognize the needs and requirements on applications of macro and micro elements in agriculture and food industries.


Out of the way efforts are taken by Dr. Bhore in training the rural agriculture officers, to explore the potentials of the crop grown by the farmers, channellising the market, value additions through processing.

The agricultural path is a multiple activity with a combination of adequate natural capital and usable technologies which will provide more reliable year round income, the education and training program provides management support and commercial awareness on market analysis, quality control, capital management and price fluctuations.

Efforts are taken to create successful entrepreneur with a sense of ownership who will have the technical and managerial competence to orient themselves and face the realities of agriculture industry.

   Educating the youngsters...

Dr. Bhore educates and trains the MBA students from one of the instututes located in Rural India (Madhya Pradesh) on Value additions of fram produce through processing & marketing.

  • Training and visits are organized for the students at the R & D farm, demonstration farm, commercial farms, this ensures students realize the importance of multiple cropping system, technological applications, advance cultivation practices, organic farming techniques, post harvest handling procedures.
  • Students are assigned project work on various topics from different institutes.
  • Mid orchard systems, Organic farming – production and costing of produce, role of CSR in rural development, importance of Contract farming, atomization and mechanization systems, cost & benefits in its application for the small, marginal and large farmers farms.
  • Through education and training program the students are truly made aware through sharing the experiences gained in the journey of 30 years, examples are given for the demands and profits of various high paying cash crops, crops in demand, marketing of the produce in the premium societies, hotels, IT and at the MNCS.
  • Opportunities on commercial cultivations and direct marketing of the produce are taught to the students to achieve quality, productivity, premium price with a consistent supply with a proper packing and delivery commitments.
  • Trading through proper procurement of the right variety, right crop on the right time from the pockets of cultivation or market can also provide an opportunity for the youngsters and entrepreneurs are given with examples and illustrations.
